Definition
A specialization of TopographicalFeature. Each instance of BodyOfWater is a natural or artificial topographical feature consisting of a relatively large volume of water primarily in liquid form, contained by an instance of Basin_Topographical. Both the basin and the water are considered parts of the BodyOfWater; see basinOfBodyOfWater and waterOfBodyOfWater.
Specializations of BodyOfWater include Ocean, Lake, River, Canal, and Harbor.
Note that relatively small, purely artificial containers of water (such as swimming pools or tanks of water) are
not instances of BodyOfWater. Moreover, topographical features such as Glaciers or snowfields, which contain a large volume of water primarily in solid form, are also
not instances of BodyOfWater.
